Our Parrot Room serves full‑day preschoolers and offers a rich environment for exploration, creativity, and hands‑on learning. In this classroom, Ms. Angelic and Ms. Felisha provide a wide variety of activities that encourage children to experiment, take safe risks, and engage deeply with meaningful topics. Children at this age thrive with a balance of individual, shared, and teacher‑led experiences, and our daily routine reflects that.
We offer creative literacy opportunities that support early writing, reading, and language development, along with plenty of time for open‑ended play and discovery. Learning takes time, repetition, and sustained engagement, and we design our environment to support that process. When children feel safe and supported, they are confident enough to explore, try new things, and grow.
For our pre‑kindergarten students, we also emphasize kindergarten readiness—building academic foundations, independence, and strong social‑emotional skills.
This classroom maintains a 1:10 teacher‑to‑child ratio with a maximum class size of 16.
